• Broad and profound understanding of development activities and processes in product form design sciences (liquid and solid forms)
• 30 years of industry experience in formulations for pharmaceutical ingredients, nutrition, food, beverages, dietary supplements, feed and cosmetics
• Comprehensive experience in formulation and powder technology (emulsification, microni­za­tion, dispersion, colloidal system, crystallisation, dissolver disc, high pressure homo­genizer, high shear devices, nozzle, SD, FSD, powder catch process, fluid bed granulation, coating)
• Subject–specific competencies in the fields of extraction, rectification crystallization, evapora­tion
• Long-standing experience and competence in the method and plant design of mini- and pilot-plant 
• Expertise in optimization of processes, scale-up and transfer to production plant
• Excellent IT-user skills in MS-Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Mathematica, AutoCAD, Fusion, Inventor and LabView (Process control system)
